Product Returns

At STILL LIFE, we stand behind our products and work hard to ensure that our products are top notch and delivered to you fast and in pristine condition. If you received a defective, broken or damaged item we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange for another product.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving and we’ll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back the damaged bottle at no cost to you. We'll make it right and make sure to promptly take care of the issue.

If you purchased our product through a STILL LIFE distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
